		<content type="html">The ability to communicate well because we learned that communication and working together is the only way to get something accomplished. You not only have to be able to communicate with you mouth but with your ability to listen, see, and hear. Any president that is running this country hopefully has those qualities for if not than the START conference is the place for them!</content>
